Cory Aquino's vaunted political endorsement.  Whoever she raised hand during the 1987 elections, be it national or local candidate, got the upperhand.  Though there is no statistic to confirm this, majority of whom she raised hands with, won. 

Aquilino Pimentel won in this particular election.
